Riegut Marketing is based in Johannesburg, South
Africa. We specialise in imported furniture from all over the world.
Riegut Marketing was established in 2001 with the aim of facilitating
independent retailers; chain stores; wholesalers, etc. with an opportunity
to buy selected products, that could differentiate themselves from other
competitors in the market.
We buy huge volumes of selected furniture items, in container loads, in order to get the best prices per unit purchased. We use this saving to pass on to retailers, who have the option of buying smaller quantities of products, at competitive prices. We offer an added service of distributing our product to cities and smaller towns across the country (SA), which is included in our prices quoted.
We have employed sales representatives across the country (SA), who call on various independent retail outlets (listed with us) offering them new products, after sales support and sales assistance. The directors, having been in the Furniture retail business for the past 50 years, have a very extensive background and expert knowledge on the Furniture industry at present and how it has evolved over the years, taking many factors into account, like the existing Furniture manufacturers available; limitation on selected products; being able to be produced locally; exchange rate; quality of product, etc.
In light of increasing competition retailers are facing today, our mission is to provide the market with exclusive, yet affordable products, so that retailers can increase margins and ensure that they develop product differentiation in the market place.
Some of our products, like entertainment units; coffee tables; dinette sets, come in knockdown form from our suppliers, which is very easy to assemble in a retail outlet. These items are distributed through a couriers service, which will deliver stock within a 96 hour period. This enables retailers to purchase less at a time and also benefit from quick turnaround times. Other big volume products, like lounge suites; bedroom suites and dining room suites are assembled and delivered through cartage contractors. Load times on these will be two to three weeks from date of order (provided stock is available). We will also assist retailers, from neighbouring countries in Africa, with sales and distribution of our products to your outlets.
